At NIVAHI, every product is made especially for you after you place an order. This made-to-order process helps reduce waste and allows us to deliver premium-quality products.
Because each item is custom-produced, please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
Eligible for Replacement or Refund
We will gladly provide a replacement or refund if:
- You received a damaged product.
- You receive a defective or misprinted product.
- You received the wrong product or the wrong size due to our fulfillment error.
- Your order arrives with a manufacturing defect.
Reporting an Issue
Any issue must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order.
To help us investigate your request, please email us with:
- Order Number
- Clear photographs of the product
- Photographs of the shipping package (if applicable)
- A brief description of the issue
Our support team will review your request and respond as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Since every product is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selected by the customer
- Change of mind
- Personal preference
- Accidental orders
- Minor colour variations caused by different screen displays
Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order.
Replacement Process
If your request is approved, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
In most cases, customers will not be required to return the defective product unless specifically requested by our support team.
Refunds
Refunds will only be issued when:
- A replacement cannot be provided.
- The product is permanently out of stock.
- The issue cannot reasonably be resolved through a replacement.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Order Cancellation
Orders enter production shortly after they are placed.
Therefore, cancellation requests can only be accepted before production begins.
Once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled.
