Every product is made especially for you after you place your order. Because we use a Print-on-Demand production process, please review the following shipping information.


Order Processing

  • All products are made to order.
  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.
  • During peak seasons, festivals, or promotional sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time

After production is complete, orders are shipped through our trusted courier partners.

Estimated delivery times within India:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 business days
  • Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

Actual delivery times may vary depending on the courier service and destination.


Free Shipping

We currently offer FREE shipping across India on all eligible orders.

No additional shipping charges will be collected during checkout unless otherwise stated.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email.
  • A tracking number.
  • A tracking link to monitor your shipment.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after dispatch.


Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver every order on time, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Natural disasters
  • Public holidays
  • Courier network delays
  • Government restrictions

We appreciate your patience in such situations.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.

NIVAHI is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


Failed Delivery Attempts

If a courier is unable to deliver your package due to multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts or an incorrect address, the order may be returned to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping the order.


Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.

International Shipping

At this time, NIVAHI ships only within India.

International shipping will be introduced in the future.
